Ujjivan firmly believes that education is the most effective tool for achieving sustainable societal transformation. The bank acknowledges the significant disparity in access to equal educational opportunities among disadvantaged segments of society. Through the flagship initiative, Chote Kadam, the bank has provided essential infrastructural support to various Government schools, Anganwadis, Orphanages etc. Ujjivan is committed to addressing the academic needs of transgender individuals, intellectually challenged students besides the children enrolled in government schools.

Understanding the importance of sports in overall development, we actively promote athletic engagement among children in government schools and NGOs. Our initiatives include:

• Sponsorship with Mary Kom Boxing Foundation: Supporting 10 boxing athletes with training sponsorship, competition participation, and nutritional needs.
• Equipment Donations to Orphanages: We provided sports equipment to children at Lotus Petal Foundation in Sohna and Sanmathi Balanikethan in Pune. A large-scale sports competition involving 100+ volunteers was held at Sanmathi, fostering sportsmanship and camaraderie among the kids.
